CANCEL ORDER, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Desert Springs, we're passionate about delivering beautiful floral arrangements using the freshest blooms. Our goal is to ensure you have a delightful experience, from selecting your flowers to receiving your order.

Cancellations

For orders cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time, we offer a full refund.

For orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This is due to the perishable nature of our products and the resources already invested in preparing your arrangement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in ensuring your flowers arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is damaged during delivery or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item.

We will happily arrange for a replacement of the same or a similar arrangement, depending on availability, or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

Special Orders

Special orders, such as custom designs or large event arrangements, may have specific cancellation terms. These will be communicated to you at the time of ordering.

Important Note on Perishable Goods

Please understand that flowers are perishable. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of flowers simply because you change your mind or do not like the arrangement.
